This was a great place to have dinner during the week. We had just finished going through Death Valley National Park and needed gas and directions to the Mojave Desert. We just got something io drink and was on our way. However, we changed our minds about the desert and stayed for dinner. The waitress was very nice, and we had great conversations. The food servings were plentiful, and I ended up bringing half of mine to our hotel. We tried the rattlesnake chili, and it was very good. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stop in for another meal.
We come out to Shoshone to purchase lotto tickets. Usually, we eat at the Crow Bar. I love the laid back atmosphere, the wait staff is very attentive, and the food always arrives hot and tasty. Note: the fries are excellent and our group of diners loves the homemade tortilla chips with cactus salsa.
Food was spot on. Our server was personable and attentive. Downer was the flies inside. The really do their best to keep things clean. This is pretty normal for the desert. The front door has an air curtain that comes on when the door is open to keep the flies out but such is life. Honestly the food was amazing and we felt like we were important. We've been there a few times being we live in Pahrump about 30 min away. We'll worth the drive.
Very cozy place and food was amazing despite being a place in the middle of nowhere. Kat was very nice!. Thank you for the warm welcome “From Miami, FL”
Interesting stop. Decent short order food. Short on help when we stopped in however. Nice decor and a great museum next door.
