Over price for a cheaply build manufactured home. I looked at a two bedroom and one bathroom home available on the lot. The price tag is $150000. That's doesn't include delivery and installation costs. The price isn't quite right as I look at the cabinets and all the standard appliances. I usually grade house by the quality of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and plumbing work. In this case I see quite a bit more than necessary, the floor was exposed in one side with out carpeting so I get a little more detail. From what I see it's not worth even half the price. A few years ago this house would be around $55000 at best. Everything seems to over inflated no wonder people can't afford a house. It's ridiculous.
Gerry and Telisha in my opinion went beyond to make sure I was happy with my new home. They were on top of all my concerns along the way and advocated for me to suppliiers. I highly recommend using factory home center to build your next home.
